Having a right mentor is very critical when you are appearing for any competitive exam, let alone be the country's toughest technical exam, IIT JEE. Imteyazus sir is undoubtedly one of the best teachers I have gotten a chance to learn from in my academic career. He is an expert in his area and is very patient with the students. He is always available to help, guide and motivate students even outside class hours.
I still remember students lining up outside his office right after the classes are over and he explaining even the silliest of the doubts patiently to each one of us. He doesn't give up on his students even if he has to explain the same thing multiple times which is one of the most important qualities in a teacher.

Imtiaz sir is a genuine amiable human being with serene attitude. He treated me more like a friend than an orthodox student teacher relation. If it wasn't for his conscientious teachings I am not sure I would have cleared IIT JEE exam 2013 the way I did with AIR 7273. I believe and have felt it firsthand that he has a radically distinctive teaching methodology. His explanations include understanding of complex concepts through easy examples. Focusing on his every student means a lot to him and gets seriously invested in you. Most importantly he doesn’t get disturbed at all re-explaining things already covered, no matter how many times you require to understand. Best part is he is always available when you need him and his communication skills are immaculate.

Little did I know about maths, initially it was just formulae based subject for me, but later it turned out to be the most conceptual and beautiful subject, I had never been so much keen to learn things but Imteyaz sir created a nice environment where maths seemed to be the most sophisticated tool..
And yes It was not limited to intermediate only, it helped me a lot in engineering because of the insight that was encouraged by him..I am more than grateful to him as he is the one who made me fall in love with this subject. Today, I am going to share my whole experience about a great Mathematics Teacher "Sir Imteyazus Salekin"
I pay my heartly gratitude to Sir Imteyazus for being a great guide to me when I was just started 12th Standard with preparation of JEE.
Before Joining him, I thought and overconfident that I know a lot about mathematics as I used to solve almost every questions, but that was limited to Board only without any understanding or logic.
And then I joined Sir Imteyazus, In the 1st class, you won't believe me when he started elaborating a lot of topics in a single Chapter then me , Sakir and Asif (my friends) started discussing "यार इतना सारा Topic होता है क्या " As I never listened or studied these so many topics (Because I just focused on Solving questions not understanding).
Yes, I can proudly said that he is Sir Imteyazus Salekin who makes me realize that I'm nothing in mathematics without understanding concept and logic , He taught me the actual definition of Mathematics that "Mathematics is not about numbers, equations, Computation, or algorithms: It's all about understanding".
I am totally impressed the way he teaches, motivate & gives us a wonderful notes , the way he make us learn to point out small-small things in questions while doing Solution, the easiest and finest approach towards problems solving and most importantly the cool and friendly nature with students while teaching.
And after all, the result was that now I could solve most of questions with logic and concept in very long method as well as in shortest method that helps me a lot which result in an outstanding marks in 12th standard and JEE Mains also.
